We ship all packages USPS in the U.S. and Canada Post in Canada. The packaging is plain with no indication of the contents.

- How fast do you ship?
We generally ship all orders out within 24 hours of receiving payment unless we are completely swamped.
Depending on your location - Expect for your order to take 3 - 10 days to reach us, and an equal amount of time for it to get back to you.

- Can I pay extra for faster shipment?
Yes, include an extra $25 with your order and we will ship your package Express Post.

- How much is the shipping cost.
We have two methods of shipping. Regular mail is standard and is $5.00 per order, whether there is 1 item or 100 in your order and applies to ANY destination.
Express Shipping is $25.00 per order. It is faster, but more importantly, it is insured and includes tracking. Regular mail doesn't.
Wholesale/Vendor orders are required to be shipped by Express Shipping. Note * RalphstersSpores can not be responsible for lost orders sent by regular mail.
If you have a substantial order please consider using the Express Shipping. It is safer and more reliable.
