Substitution Policy

From time to time we do run into situations where an item which was listed as available, is no longer available when the order arrives. This is rare, but on such occasions, RalphstersSpores reserves the right to substitute a comparable strain of equal or greater value.

Substitutions of edible strain cultures will NOT be made. If we are out of stock on an edible culture, it will be placed on back order and shipped when available which could  cause a delay of several days.
